Payment and shipping
Payment is due at time of purchase and your order will ship only if full payment has been received. Your payment information is kept secure as we don't receive your credit card information.
Orders will ship 2 to 5 working days after they are placed, with the exception of custom orders which may take longer. Most items are made to order, which will be specified in the product description. If you are ordering multiple items and one of them is made to order, your order will ship once that item has been made. A confirmation email will be sent once an order is shipped.
Due to COVID-19, shipping times cannot currently be estimated and may be slower than normal. If you require tracking, please select registered post at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any international customs duties or taxes. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
Each item is shipped in a separate recycled kraft box. If you wish to group multiple items into a single box please let me know at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Please contact me at email@example.com as soon as possible if for any reason you are unhappy or there is a fault with the product. Return shipping charges are payable by the customer. Refunds will be exclusive of shipping costs. Personalised items cannot be returned except in the case of damage on arrival.
